CANCELLATION POLICY
At Southern Mane, I truly value your time and mine. Every appointment is carefully reserved just for you, and my goal is to create a smooth, respectful experience for all of my guests. A 50% deposit is required the day of your consultation to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final total at your scheduled service and helps secure your spot on my books. Please note - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. When proper notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will forfeit the deposit entirely, and the full service amount will be required at your next booking. I understand life happens, and things come up unexpectedly - but honoring this policy allows me to continue serving every guest with the care and consistency they deserve.
